Board of Directors
While pursuing his degree in French at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania and during his fifth trip to France in 1994, David gave his life to Christ. Upon his return to the United States in 1995, he began to work with international and national fellowship groups in varying roles of leadership. In July of 2001, he and his wife moved to Washington, DC where David began working full-time in the non-profit sector and founded Impact France. David and his family currently live in the Atlanta metro area.
Clément is the Director of the National Council of French Evangelicals (CNEF). He worked first as an agricultural engineer for 18 years, in an advisory society, specializing in business management, human resources, and quality control. By that time, he was a member of a church implantation team in West of France. He was the pastor of this church for 12 years and came to work “full time” for the Lord in 2006. At first, his main task was working for the French Evangelical Federation and building the CNEF. He became director of CNEF as soon as the CNEF was officially brought into existence in June 2010. He is married and has four children aged 24 to 14 and lives in Chartres.
Bryan is the founder of Narrow Road LLC, a nonprofit serving faith-based ministries by applying biblical principles for stewardship and fundraising. He is actively involved in stewardship engagement with Impact France’s giving partners. Bryan has an extensive background in marketing, business development, and strategic planning in both corporate and ministry settings. He has a missionary upbringing with educational and living experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in France for 10 years. As the son of missionary parents, his eyes were opened at an early age to the importance of financial matters in ministry. He witnessed the great power of God’s finances at work through the faithful support of donors which enabled his parents to fulfill the calling which the Lord had placed on their hearts. He witnessed the value of giving and how lives were eternally impacted for Christ as a result. Bryan and his wife, Carrie, reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have three adult children. Bryan holds a BA in Economics and French from Wheaton College and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Born and educated in England, Annabel spent many years living overseas before settling in the United States in the Washington DC area with her family. It was in the late 80’s that she understood the importance of personal relationship with Jesus Christ and began a life of intentional relational ministry with the International Foundation. For 12 years she and her husband spent six months a year living in France, being a friend to, and encouraging, local and government leaders to know Jesus in a personal way, and hosting friends from France at the National Prayer Breakfast as an Associate of the International Foundation. She continues a love and commitment to France, while extending her ‘tent pegs’ to include Israel, believing the scriptures that state in Gen 12:3. “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you”.
David has university degrees in Communication (1989) and Aesthetic (1992, Art Philosophy) and has a professional certification in Donor Marketing & Behavior (Merkle, ex-Domain Group, 1999). David has been working in the non-profit industry since 1993, acquiring broad expertise in communications and marketing since 1999. He has worked on both agency and client sides, from Domain Group (Paris Agency, Merkle Group, 1999) to UNICEF France (Fundraising manager, 2004) and back to agency (Faircom, 2009). As a fundraiser, he has served a little less than 200 organizations from a wide variety of sectors: religious, humanitarian, social, medical, cultural, and animal. Since 2015, he has been working as the Communication Manager for SEL France (the French partner of Compassion International and TearFund).
