Management Team

Greg Apkarian

Partnership Relations Coordinator

Greg has a background in economics and investment, which fuels his passion to employ stewardship and strategic practices to bless others. He and his family came from the US to France in 2016 for a year abroad, but more was waiting for them. Seeing the Lord’s amazing hand in opportunities for ministry, career and education, they have prayerfully been making France their home since then.

Greg’s service in his local church prepared him to eventually join the board of a church & missions union as its finance director. Through these roles, he had gotten to know and love the mission of Impact France, and felt led to use his unique position as an American living in France to start serving with them in 2020. Greg and his wife are blessed to have two daughters who are growing up as a delightfully confused blend of cultures!

Hélène Dupré

Chief Operating Officer

Hélène has a master’s degree in Cooperation with Latin America (2003) and Sustainable Development (2004) and moved from her native France to Mexico in 2006, where she worked in the social and sustainable development field, urban poverty alleviation, violence prevention, and gender perspectives for Mexican agencies, international organizations, and NGOs. She received Christ in 2008 and has had in her heart ever since to help her people back home come to His feet and reconnect with their Creator.

She reached out to Impact France in September 2016 and became progressively involved in the grant area – becoming our Director of Institutional Funding in September 2021 and assuming the role of COO in March 2023. She is the happy mother of two kids growing in the love of Christ: Chloé and Luca.

Alex Ford

Communications Coordinator

Alex considers it a joy and honor to help the gospel go forth to all nations, including France, through the ministry of Impact France. She assists with social media, as well as various tasks related to the Pray for France campaign. Alex’s love for France began at a young age. Her father worked for a French company for several years, which sparked her interest in the country of France, as well as French culture.

She and her husband have been connected with missions in France for 10 years. Alex and her family reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. She and her husband, Coleman, have two children, Colette and Matthieu.

Vincent Guillemoteau

Pray for France Coordinator

Abducted by child soldiers during the civil war in Liberia in 1993, Vincent made a promise to the Lord: “Lord, if I come out of this situation alive, I promise to belong to you.”  He is here and has kept his promise! After having worked for several years in humanitarian aid (Handicap International, Save The Children Fund, Action Contre la Faim, France Volontaires) and in project management within different companies, he joined TopChrétien as a volunteer in 2010 and later in a missionary role of Gospel Presentation Site Manager. He is also the project managers for the Pray for France campaign within Impact France and responsible for the YouTube channel of Joyce Meyer Ministries Francophonie. Vincent is in full-time in the service of Jesus and participates in conferences, meetings, and trips, wherever needed.

Married to Anne, they have four children: Amaury, Arnaud, Océanne and Maëlys. I am passionate about digital and social media with an appetite for reading, walking, cinema, and intercultural exchanges. Vincent’s missionary website is http://vincentguillemoteau.com/ and his testimony can be seen here: https://mystory.me/story/vincent/

Bryan Miesel

Stewardship Engagement

Bryan has an extensive background in marketing, business development, and strategic planning in both corporate and ministry settings. He has a missionary upbringing with educational and living experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in France for 10 years. As the son of missionary parents, his eyes were opened at an early age to the great power of God’s finances at work through the faithful support of donors, which enabled his parents to fulfill the calling which the Lord had placed on their hearts. Bryan leads Impact France’s efforts in deepening and stewarding relationships with those called to pray and financially support Impact France and its partners.

Bryan also serves as a Client Care Account Manager with Money for Ministry where he cultivates and stewards relationships with faith-based nonprofits to maximize legacy gifts and planned giving growth to further Kingdom work. He and his wife, Carrie, reside in the Franklin, Tennessee area and have three adult children and two grandsons. Bryan holds a BA in Economics and French from Wheaton College and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
