As a fundraiser, he has served a little less than 200 organizations from a wide variety of sectors: religious, humanitarian, social, medical, cultural, and animal. Since 2015, he has been working as the Communication Manager for SEL France (the French partner of Compassion International and TearFund).
Greg Apkarian
Co-Executive Director, board member
Greg has a background in economics and investment, which fuels his passion to employ stewardship and strategic practices to bless others. He and his family came from the US to France in 2016 for a year abroad, but have prayerfully been making France their home since then as God has opened door after door.
Greg’s service in his local church prepared him to join the board of a church & missions union as its finance director. Through these roles, he had gotten to know and love the mission of Impact France, and felt led to use his unique position as an American living in France to start serving with them in 2020. Greg and his wife are blessed to have two daughters who are growing up as a delightfully confused blend of cultures!
David Broussard
board president
While pursuing his degree in French at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania and during his fifth trip to France in 1994, David gave his life to Christ. Upon his return to the United States in 1995, he began to work with international and national fellowship groups in varying roles of leadership.
In July of 2001, he moved to Washington, DC where David began working full-time in the non-profit sector and founded Impact France. He currently lives in the Atlanta metro area.

Clément Diedrichs

Clément is the Director of the National Council of French Evangelicals (CNEF). He worked first as an agricultural engineer for 18 years, in an advisory society, specializing in business management, human resources, and quality control. By that time, he was a member of a church implantation team in West of France.
He was the pastor of this church for 12 years and came to work “full time” for the Lord in 2006. At first, his main task was working for the French Evangelical Federation and building the CNEF. He became director of CNEF as soon as the CNEF was officially brought into existence in June 2010.
He is married and has four children aged 24 to 14 and lives in Chartres.

She received Christ in 2008 and has had in her heart ever since to help her people back home come to His feet and reconnect with their Creator.
She reached out to Impact France in September 2016 and became progressively involved in the grant area – becoming our Director of Institutional Funding in September 2021 and assuming the role of COO in March 2023. She is the happy mother of two kids growing in the love of Christ: Chloé and Luca.
Vincent Guillemoteau

After having worked for several years in humanitarian aid (Handicap International, Save The Children Fund, Action Contre la Faim, France Volontaires) and in project management within different companies, he joined TopChrétien as a volunteer in 2010 and later in a missionary role of Gospel Presentation Site Manager. Bryan Miesel
Stewardship Engagement
Bryan has an extensive background in marketing, business development, and strategic planning in both corporate and ministry settings. He has a missionary upbringing with educational and living experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in France for 10 years. As the son of missionary parents, his eyes were opened at an early age to the great power of God’s finances at work through the faithful support of donors, which enabled his parents to fulfill the calling which the Lord had placed on their hearts. Bryan leads Impact France’s efforts in deepening and stewarding relationships with those called to pray and financially support Impact France and its partners.
He and his wife, Carrie, reside in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and have three adult children and three grandsons. Bryan holds a BA in Economics and French from Wheaton College and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Alexi Pierce
pray for france campaign coordinator
Alexi began volunteering with Impact France in the fall of 2016 after a prompting from the Holy Spirit and a deep love for France led her to email David Broussard about using her communications skills in ministry. Unbeknownst to her, the week before, David had expressed to the Impact France board that he needed additional communications support on his team. The Lord works in amazing ways! Alexi has used her knowledge of communications to help Impact France manage their monthly newsletters and emails, their Instagram account, and various tasks for the Pray for France Campaign.
Alexi and her husband, Colt, work in the agriculture industry and currently reside in Stillwater, Oklahoma with hopes to return back to their home state of Missouri very soon.
Vanessa Vannoy
Development Coordinator
Vanessa began working with Impact France in the summer of 2015 in an administrative role and is now the Development Coordinator.
She has a deep love for the French people and France, where she served as a missionary in Paris for close to 7 years. She returned to the US in the summer of 2014 to pursue further education. In May 2019 Vanessa earned her Master of Divinity from Columbia Biblical Seminary.
In addition to her role with Impact France she is the Children’s Pastor at Vineyard Community Church in Augusta, GA. Her passion is seeing people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
Tonja Conway
operations assistant
After a month-long stay in Toulouse in 2022, Tonja found Impact France in her search for a way to help spread the Gospel in France. She followed all the updates and prayed along with the annual Pray For France campaign for years before joining the team in 2025.
She considers it a privilege to serve the people of France alongside the team to help our partners bring the hope and salvation that only Jesus can provide. She loves using her organizational and communication skills to help God’s Kingdom grow in France.
