CNEF (Conseil National des Evangéliques de France)

The National Council of Evangelicals of France (CNEF) was established in 2010 with a vision of diverse members bearing witness through unity in Jesus Christ, giving evangelicals a respected voice and public representation, and facilitating the proclamation of the Gospel.

Today the CNEF brings together 32 church unions representing over 70% of all evangelical churches in France, as well as nearly 200 other organizations (institutes, parachurch ministries, etc).  Carried out at a national level and through regional delegations:, the CNEF’s mission is fourfold:

• Connect – the CNEF create times and spaces for fellowship, prayer, reflection, learning, consultation, and collaboratin among its members and beyond, both nationally and regionally.
• Inform – the CNEF promotes the values and theology of French evangelical Protestantism to broader French society and facilitates the exchange of information between its members.
• Inspire – the CNEF encourages and resources actors in the evangelical world to cultivate a missional vision and lifestyle in their sphere of influence. It does so in a spirit of fellowship and mutual listening.
• Represent – the CNEF represents and supports the interests and convictions of all its members at the national, international, and regional levels, before political, administrative, and religious authorities.

By federating such a diverse and significant number of actors, the CNEF plays a vital role in equipping and aiding the French evangelical body to live out its faith for the glory of Christ.  Your support will help them initiate new projects to more effectively carry out its mission, and in the process, help the entire French church!
