Médias Ebène

Based in France, Médias Ebène is dedicated to the development and training of Christian media in Francophone Africa. Through communicating a message of peace and hope, they are committed to see transformation in Francophone Africa, the largest Francophone community in the world.

Médias Ebène was created in 2024 via the merger of the associations “Radio Réveil France” and “Radios Ebène Développement”. The two entities have closely collaborated since 2019, notably during the first seminar in Lomé, which brought together around fifty African Christian media actors. This fruitful collaboration led to the creation of the Forum of Francophone African Christian Media (FOMECAF), which now includes 350 media specialists and 129 media outlets across 13 Francophone African countries. The 2024 merger represents a decisive turning point, combining the rich histories and complementary expertise of both organizations.

In 2025, after Burkina Faso, Médias Ebène plans to organize a new seminar titled “Media: A Tool for Peace in a World in Conflict” in another war zone on the African continent. The goal of this seminar is to equip Christian media actors with the holistic values of the Kingdom of God, to promote peace and hope in conflict-affected regions. Additionally, Médias Ebène aims to send personnel and equipment to repair numerous broken Christian radio stations and help establish new ones.
