Emergence 32

EMERGENCE 32 is dedicated to fostering the rise of committed leaders and entrepreneurs, by supporting young adults and professionals in their personal, entrepreneurial, and spiritual development.

Since 2022, EMERGENCE 32 has been supporting the establishment of a Young Adults Cooperative (CJA) in partnership with COOP Connexion in the city of Lens. The CJA is a temporary cooperative structure that allows young adults to collectively create, manage, and develop a business over several months, within an educational and secure framework. This program offers hands-on entrepreneurial experience while developing essential skills such as: taking initiative, teamwork, project management, leadership and financial responsibility. 

In September 2023, a new location was launched in the historic city center of Auch, creating an environment conducive to learning, cooperation, and the transmission of Christian values in the workplace. Designed as a place for intergenerational and interprofessional encounters, this space includes: an open coworking space, a meeting room, three offices, a coaching area. Hundreds of people have benefited from it with individual coaching for project leaders, the organization of professional meetings, the hosting of young students and young professionals, and the creation of a climate of trust that fosters exchanges and mentoring across entrepreneurs, students, community leaders, and professionals.

EMERGENCE 32 also hosts an entrepreneur cooperative, which allows project leaders to test and develop their business in a secure and supported environment. To date, 15 entrepreneurs are receiving support to test their activity before formally establishing their company, to benefit from strategic and personal support, and to integrate ethical and spiritual values into their professional projects. 

Finally, EMERGENCE 32 also created a Connect Christian Entrepreneurs group in the city of Auch. This network meets every two months for a themed dinner of 15 to 25 people, providing opportunities for sharing entrepreneurial experiences, mutual encouragement among business leaders, reflection on Christian leadership and ethics in the business world, and the development of a professional community based on shared values.
