EPEP Centre Chrétien Eybens

The Eybens Christian Center comprises both a religious association (EPEP) and a cultural and social association (AFPE). Together, they are spearheading a project to construct a new building designed to address the spiritual, human, and social needs in their area.

This future venue has been conceived as a space open to all for welcome, solidarity, and hope. The project will include:

• a space for worship and community gathering
• a solidarity restaurant on the ground floor
• two housing units intended to provide temporary shelter for families or individuals facing hardship
• a dedicated spaces for youth activities, personal support services, and social outreach initiatives

For several years, the AFPE has been taking concrete action to support vulnerable individuals through:

• a weekly food bank
• monthly street outreach missions for the homeless
• support provided to several orphanages in the Congo, the Central African Republic, and India.

Unfortunately, their current premises are no longer adequate to comfortably accommodate the full scope of their activities—particularly their worship services and social outreach programs. Faced with a constantly growing number of beneficiaries and participants, they have a deep desire to expand their facilities in order to meet the increasing spiritual and social needs of their community and the residents of their region.

This project will unfold in two stages:

• first, the acquisition of the second portion of the property they currently occupy, bringing their total surface area to approximately 1,000 m²
• second, the construction of a new building—one that is larger, modern, fully accessible, and compliant with current standards while being tailored to the specific needs of their various activities.

It is with this vision in mind that they have launched this crowdfunding campaign, seeking to raise the funds necessary to bring this project—which lies so deeply at the heart of their mission—to fruition. This future facility will represent far more than just a building: it will be a space of support, restoration, solidarity, and hope—beneficial for the country, the city, the individuals receiving care, families in need, as well as the entire church community. Every donation will contribute directly to building a place dedicated to serving lives for the long term.
