Innovative teams multiplying disciples and communities of believers. As the representation of World Team in France, this vision has been directing our church-planting efforts even prior to becoming an official French association in 1987.
While our World Team DNA informs our strategy and connects us with partners worldwide, our identity as France VIE (World Team France) enables us to work intricately within French culture. This is essential as we work to plant churches consistent with local cultures and lead by local disciples.
Therefore, one of our key objectives is to raise-up, equip, and release French leaders. One of the greatest hurdles to new French leaders is funding. With small, new communities of believers, there is often not enough support for a pastor or leader to dedicate himself to training or leadership.
