Jeannot Gauggel has a background in education. He started his ministry as a church planter and the director of a vacation resort in France. For 25 years, he was the president of Vilodec, the Christian youth organization managing these resorts. He has been the director of France Pour Christ (FPC) since 2007.
In 2010, Jeannot and the team at FPC launched the project 50-40/20 – representing the number of missionaries (50) and co-workers (40) that FPC needs before 2020 in order to increase their effectiveness in integrating youth workers into church plants. FPC is participating in the national initiative to establish 1 church for every 10,000 inhabitants. This standard allows for the hope that all the inhabitants of a region would have the opportunity to hear the Gospel at least one time. The needs of the region where France Pour Christ is working (the northeast of France) are immense – 750 church plants are needed! Thank you in advance for your support!
