Building for the Future
In the last 10 years, the number of evangelical churches in France has doubled and a new church is planted every ten days! Yet half of France’s pastors are close to retirement, and it is estimated that 1,000 pastors need to be trained in the next 10 years to meet the needs of the growing church. In response to this need, the Nogent Bible Institute has built a new accommodation block which will almost double student intake.
The Institute was founded in an old “chateau”, a beautiful 18th century building which has been home to students and staff for over 100 years, and is essential to the work of the Institute. But it needs urgent roof and structural repairs, estimated to cost $400,000. Investing in this building will enable IBN to continue its mission to train evangelical leaders for generations to come.
More information about this project can be found on the Institute’s website.
