Originally from Ireland, Malcolm “Mally” McLoughlin has called the Paris area home for the past thirteen years. A suicidal alcoholic and heavy drug user, Mally’s life was hijacked by the Lord Jesus in 2010. Since then he has been on a mission to share God’s grace and unconditional love with others. An author and storyteller at heart, Mally uses both the pulpit (as a pastor with the AECM) and visual media to draw others into the mysteries of Christ.
Impact France is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 20-3098434) and as such all contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. While U.S. law requires Impact France to retain complete control and administration over the use of all donated funds, Impact France endeavors to use all donated funds for tax exempt purposes and in ways that honor the preferences of its sacrificial donors.
