Timothée and Catrina Simon

We are the Simon family: Tim, Catrina and Emily (born in March 2023). We are currently serving the Lord working with the FEU (Foyer Evangelique Universitaire) in Aix-en-Provence, in the South of France.

Our desire is to see disciples of Christ amongst the students of our city and we’ve been blessed with great premises, right next to the main campus. We, along with the rest of the team, organize different events for French, International, Christian and non-Christian students.

We are also part of a group of volunteers helps the FEU run a coffee shop during the week. It is a great place for connecting with students. Over the years, God has brought us many students who had never heard of Jesus or who were desiring to know God more.

We love getting the opportunity to meet up with students in small groups or one-to-one to read the Bible and pray together, as we believe God reveals himself powerfully through his word. Part of our vision is also to help and equip christian students to shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word of life (Phil. 2:15-16).

Tim works full-time for the FEU since 2019. Catrina is also a part-time worker for the FEU and takes care of our daughter the rest of the time. We both love to see the Lord at work in students’ lives and being able to be instruments in His hands to help them grow spiritually!
